Return & Refund
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We accept returns only for damaged or defective items. Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds if the product simply does not meet personal expectations detailed product descriptions, images, and specifications are clearly provided on each product page to help you make an informed decision.
Eligibility for a Return
To qualify for a return, all the following conditions must be met:
1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2.The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all tags, labels, and accessories.
3. The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
4. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
5. Personal care or hygiene products cannot be returned if opened or used.
6. All returns require prior approval from our support team.
7. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is confirmed damaged or defective (in which case, we will cover the costs).
Refund Process
1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email and WhatsApp about receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
2. If approved, we will request your bank account or e-wallet details (such as EasyPaisa or JazzCash).
3. The refund amount will match the original product price paid (excluding any shipping fees, unless the issue was our fault).
4. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval, and we will notify you via email and WhatsApp once the amount has been transferred.
If Your Refund is Delayed or Missing
If you have not received your refund after our confirmation:
1. Double-check your bank account or e-wallet balance.
2. Contact your bank or e-wallet provider, as processing times can vary.
3. If the issue continues, reach out to us via E-mail or WhatsApp our support team will assist you promptly.
How to Request a Return and Refund
Follow these simple steps for a smooth process:
1.Take Clear Photos: Photograph the product clearly, showing the issue or reason for return.
2. Submit Your Request: If you have an account: Log in, go to your Account Dashboard > User Support, and open a “Return & Refund” ticket.
If you don’t have an account: Send the photos, reason, and order details via WhatsApp.
3. Provide Payment Details: Share your bank account or e-wallet information (EasyPaisa or JazzCash)
4. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide the return shipping address.
5. Ship the Product: Safely send the item to the provided address.
6. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and verify the product, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
