Orders placed before 4 PM are usually dispatched the same day after confirmation. Orders placed later may be processed the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you. You can track your order from your Account Dashboard. Our smart email notification system will also keep you updated about your order status, dispatch, and delivery progress.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for verification.
